Great location, but breakfast options could use improvement. no espresso available.

The Standard Twin Room was spacious and beautifully designed, providing a comfortable stay for the family. Enjoying the afternoon tea on the top floor while overlooking the skyline was a delightful experience. The breakfast offered a wonderful variety, and having access to the sister hotel's stunning views during breakfast was a highlight. However, the coffee machine in the lounge was not accessible in the mornings, and the lack of a 24-hour dining option was somewhat limiting. Noise from the neighboring rooms was occasionally disruptive during the night.

A wonderful hotel with a prime location near Asakusa. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the beds were quite firm, and the breakfast options were limited for those with food intolerances. The lounge on the 10th floor was a highlight for relaxing after a long day.

The Deluxe Twin Room was clean and comfortable, with thoughtful amenities such as free WiFi and a flat-screen TV. The lounge on the 10th floor offered stunning views and was a great spot to relax after exploring the city. The location was perfect for visiting Senso-ji and nearby restaurants.
The mattresses were on the floor, which was unexpected.

missingWrote a review on 19 Junfloor mattresslimited dining
However, the room featured mattresses directly on the floor, which caught us off guard and wasn't ideal for comfort. The proximity to train stations fell short. we had to walk about 10 to 15 minutes to reach Asakusa Station, which was a bit of a hassle. Additionally, the limited on-site dining options left us searching elsewhere for meals, as there was no restaurant to speak of for a convenient bite.

Can recommend for a flash stay
Beautiful room, comfortable stay, with the biggest room we experienced during our trip. A 10-minute stroll to the train stations for easy exploration of the city.
Nothing to complain about.

We had a wonderful time enjoying the comfy Moderate Twin Room and catching the free taiko drum performance during our stay. The top-level lounge was perfect for relaxing with afternoon tea while soaking in the city views. The only downside was that the staff could be a little more attentive, but it didn't really spoil our experience. 😊
